Summary –
Andrew Purdie sits with Justin Dowel, Managing Director of Natures Organics, an Australian made and owned business with over 50 years’ experience in producing naturally based environmental household cleaning and personal care products for Australians. Justin takes listeners through his journey of childhood, to his adolescent years, to eventually joining his father Terry who founded Natures Organics. At age 21 Justin began working on the warehouse floor, and eventually began working in sales. He saw the company grow from $2 million to $100 million in sales, and shares his success in becoming CEO of the business. Through every season of the company, Justin has never relaxed on his commitment to their philanthropic arm, and takes listeners on his journey of encountering an orphanage in Nepal which sparked his love and desire to help those in need both locally and globally. Andrew explores Justin’s various philanthropic commitments and how listeners can get involved, and what impact their support plays on the NGO’s that Natures Organics partners with.
